The villa pool, restricted to only a selected group of villas, is only a short stroll from the front door. Access to Four Mile Beach can be easily gained across the Fairway. With the choice of 4 bedrooms, the Master and second are both located upstairs. These bedrooms offer private ensuites. The master has the bonus of a private balcony, the perfect place to unwind and relax on a balmy evening. The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs and substantial in size. They share the main bathroom facilities. A separate laundry is available for added convenience.
The ground level is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living areas overlooking the tranquil gardens. Being split level, the lounge room is accessed via a few steps down. Glass sliding doors create a fully open frontage and encompass the outdoor area, integrating it with the living space. The veranda is ideal for sun-down drinks and evening meals.
