East facing, it highlights some of the best sunrises and welcomes the morning light. Set within an intimate location, it is a short walk to the famous Four Mile Beach, a leisurely stroll to the central hotel facilities and only a few minutes- drive into town’s center. It offers all the conveniences one can only wish for whilst holidaying, making it a perfect choice of accommodation.

Split across two levels, this 3-bedroom ‘hybrid’ offers a unique layout. With two generous sized bedrooms upstairs, it boasts an extended private balcony across both rooms, where you can wake to beautiful sunrises. The master comprises of a King bed with ensuite and neighbors the 2nd queen bedroom. The 3rd bedroom, located on the ground floor, has built in robes and a private courtyard. All bedrooms are carpeted. Laundry facilities are available, complete with washer and dryer and housed in the main bathroom downstairs, for added convenience.   

The kitchen is fully equipped and will cater for your in-house entertainment needs, like a home away from home. Timeless in design with high ceilings, its open plan layout across the dining and living area is divided by a few steps and has a grab-rail installed, for added safety and comfort. Glass paneled sliding doors frame the living room and invite natural light. Will my villa receive daily housekeeping?

Daily housekeeping can be requested and booked in advance at an additional expense with our Villa Concierge team. A complimentary mid-service clean is provided for all stays extending beyond 7 nights.

Do I have access to the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas?

All Mirage Resort Villa guests have full access to hotel facilities and services including pools, restaurants and in-room dining.

Can I use Marriott Bonvoy points to book my stay?

While Mirage Resort Villa guests will have access to Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas, a Marriott property, Marriott Bonvoy points cannot be used towards villa accommodation bookings and reservations will not accrue Marriott BonVOY points or room night credits.

Can I charge resort costs (i.e. food and drink from resort restaurants) back to my villa?

Yes, hotel chargeback facilities are available to all Mirage Resort Villa guests

Where do I check in for my stay?

Mirage Resort Villa guests must check in at reception in Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort.

Is there Wifi in my villa?

Yes, all Mirage Resort Villas are equipped with complimentary WiFi.

Are pool towels provided?

Yes, pool towels are provided in your Mirage Resort Villa. These can be replenished upon request or refreshed at the resort pool hut.

Are laundry facilities available?

All Mirage Resort Villas are fully equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere throughout your Villa, including balconies, verandas and courtyards.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is permitted from 3pm onwards. Should you arrive earlier please enquire with our staff if an early check-in is possible. We will do our best to assist.

Check-out time is 11am. If you have a late flight or are planning on spending the day in Port Douglas, we can offer luggage storage, the use of the Hotel Lagoon Pools and public areas bathroom facilities, to freshen up prior to your departure. Late departures will attract penalty charges where prior arrangements have not been made. Please enquire with our team.

Our Mirage Resort Villa Guest Relations Desk is open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday to assist with all your villa needs, including recommendations and bookings of restaurants and tours.  Outside these hours the hotel Main Reception and Guests Services are available 24/7 to assist with any needs.
